Supporting People Arrested For Substance Use Related Crimes
From Crisis to Turning Point
Welcome Home.
What does Recovery with Accountability Look Like?
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Our intensive outpatient model delivers structured clinical and peer-based care for individuals that have been arrested, are stepping down from inpatient treatment, or experiencing other consequences. Licensed counselors and peer specialists collaborate to create individualized recovery plans that emphasize measurable progress and provide daily accountability.
The App
Our app supports people who have been arrested to stay on track. It’s also helps public defenders with resources to support their clients in court. It is free for all users in recovery and all public defenders. Daily prompts related to mental health, physical health, spiritual connectedness, and community, opportunities for service work, check-in at important appointments, reach out to peers when needed, and more. All activity is documented for attorneys in a court approved format, assisting them to help their clients get favorable results in court; as long as they do the work.
Sober Living
Safe, stable housing is often the missing link in recovery. Crescendo places clients in structured, supportive environments where daily routines, peer accountability, and positive community norms reinforce change. This creates continuity and accountability during treatment. We vet all providers, ensuring our clients have the best opportunity to live in safe and healthy environments.
The Four Pillars Approach
Our Four Pillars: Mental Health, Physical Health, Spiritual Connectedness, and Community form a holistic framework for transformation. By addressing the whole person rather than a single symptom, we help clients rebuild purpose, discipline, and belonging. The result is genuine recovery supported by measurable growth in every dimension of life.
Partner with Attorneys
We collaborate directly with defense attorneys and courts to create opportunities for health, growth, and freedom. By documenting recovery actions, treatment engagement, mental health participation, meeting attendance, and service work, we provide credible reports that support diversion, sentence mitigation, and second chances. This partnership connects justice and recovery in a way that benefits families and communities alike.
Daily Accountability
Change happens one day at a time. Crescendo clients, their coaches, and their attorneys have access to tools allowing consistent check-ins, structured schedules, and verified progress logs that clients, families, and courts can trust. This daily rhythm builds integrity, reinforces discipline, and transforms crisis into measurable momentum.
